A certified copy of memorandum of marks of the qualifying examination. The original Certificate may be returned after verification.

A certified copy of transfer certificate (TC) from schools or colleges where the candidates studied previously and the original to be produced at the time of admission.

Migration Certificate in case of students coming from University/Board other than Kakatiya University.

The candidates coming form other states should give a declaration to the effect that no disciplinary action was taken against them by University or Board in the states before their admission into the course. |

Caste and income Certificates, in the prescribed proforma, in case of students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribe and Backward Classes. |

15%, 6% and 25% of all seats will be reserved for SC, ST and Backward Classes respectively subject to production of Caste Certificate ,duly signed by competent authorities, at the time of registration only. |

3%, 4% and 1% of the seats are reserved for physically handicapped and for candidates with some merit in Sports and NCC for extra curricular activities respectively, subject to production of relevant certificates from competent authorities. |

3% of the seats are reserved for the children of Ex-Servicemen and Defense Personnel residing in the State. |

The College reserves the right to cancel the admission of a candidate at any stage if and when detected that the admission is against the rules. |
